Rules for the Republic

Ten laws carved into the operating system before any election was filed. Not campaign promises. Constitutional constraints. The system enforces them automatically. No politician touches them. No majority overrides them. They run.

Every proposal ships before it becomes law. If you cannot demonstrate the system working, you cannot legislate it into existence. We run what we propose.

Every line of software touching national security, national finance, or national identity must be written on American soil by American citizens. Zero tolerance. No exceptions.
